Household registration and college entrance examination status

First of all, the qualification evaluation of college entrance examination should be based on student status, dilute household registration and avoid household registration system. According to the college entrance examination regulations, there is no exception in any region: you must go back to the registration place. If the education problem is not solved and children are not allowed to enjoy equal education, it will not only be detrimental to their growth, affect their integration into society, but also be detrimental to the management of floating population. Paying attention to student status is better than paying attention to household registration, which can strengthen student status management and relax household registration restrictions. Specifically, non-registered candidates must take the senior high school entrance examination in their temporary residence, obtain high school status and attend high school for three years.

Secondly, the reform of college entrance examination should be synchronized nationwide. The adjustment range of each province can be large or small according to the situation, but the deviation of teaching materials and difficulty should not be too big, and it should be relatively coordinated and unified. The current college entrance examination system is unified nationwide in policy, but it also implements the mode of regional proposition in content, which makes the problem of college entrance examination for children of non-registered migrant workers more prominent. Although the country has a unified curriculum plan and class plan, due to local autonomy, there are differences between teaching materials and prescribed college entrance examination subjects, and there are also deviations in teaching according to their own standards. In this way, a student studying in Jiangsu cannot take the college entrance examination in Anhui at all. From the perspective of college entrance examination, the restriction of hukou and the existence of college entrance examination barriers make this kind of education inconsistent with "examination" and "teaching" lose the significance and value of education itself for migrant workers.
