Regulations on household registration management of candidates for college entrance examination in Tibet

In Tibet, the household registration requirement for college entrance examination candidates is that they are registered in Tibet. At the same time, those who meet the requirements for the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities in Xizang Autonomous Region (Zangfuban [2006]13) can apply for the national unified entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities in Xizang Autonomous Region in 2020:

1, cadres and workers in our region (including those who aid Tibet and those who have worked in our region), urban residents with household registration in Tibet and children of farmers and herdsmen can apply for colleges and universities inside and outside the region.

Official cadres and workers who meet the requirements of Item (5) of Article 3 of the Tibetan Government Office 13, and whose children are registered in Tibet, can apply for colleges and universities inside and outside the region.

Xizang Autonomous Region People's Government Office in Golmud (hereinafter referred to as Golmud Office), cadres and children of employees of Tibet University for Nationalities can apply for colleges and universities inside and outside the region.

2. Children of employees who meet the requirements of Item (3) of Article 3 in Document No.200613 of Tibet Administration Office, who moved in before July 30, 20 19, and obtained high school status in Tibet before September 30, 20 19, can apply for colleges and universities in and outside the region.

3. Investors' children who have been registered as industrial and commercial enterprises in Tibet for more than three years, moved to Tibet before July 3, 20 13, and obtained high school status in Tibet before September 30, 20 19 can apply.

4. Candidates who meet the requirements of documentNo. [2006] 13 issued by Tibet Government, moved to Tibet with their household registration before July 3, 20 17, and obtained the status of a high school in Tibet before September 30, 20 17, and have studied in schools with student status, can apply for schools outside the list of schools with student status restrictions.

5. Previous students took the general college entrance examination in our district in accordance with the Implementation Opinions on the Provisions on the Admission Conditions of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Xizang Autonomous Region (implemented by Tibetan Education Department [2006] No.31).

Candidates who meet one of the following conditions will be given priority under the same conditions:

1, children of soldiers who have won class II in peacetime or class III or above in wartime.

2, one to four disabled soldiers's children.
