Being black, what materials do you need to get married with an American citizen?

If you are black, you can apply to marry an American citizen as long as you have the following materials:

To marry an American citizen, apply for immigration and apply for naturalization for three years, you must provide:

1. Hold a green card for three years;

2. Husband and wife live together for three years;

You are only the spouse of an American citizen, and you must have been an American citizen for three years.

The following documents need to be prepared during the interview: (Please note: some documents may not be needed, and some may be needed, so I won't list them here)

2. Re-entry permit after the green card is approved.

3. Green card

4. Tax bills for the past three years

5. Proof of living together in the past three years (such as lease, water and electricity bills, telephone bills, bank statements, credit card bills, etc.). )

If the male is between 18 and 26 years old, except for living in the United States as a non-immigrant, others need military service registration certificate, marriage certificate, birth certificate, spouse's American citizenship certificate, previous divorce certificates of both parties (if divorced), and birth certificates of children born from this marriage.

Some prosecutors even ask the IRS to print tax records (generally not required)

These materials can be submitted at the time of application, but not all of them are submitted at that time.

If the second and third conditions mentioned in the first paragraph have been met, you can submit the naturalization application form (N-400) within 90 days before the expiration of the three-year period.
