What are the entry procedures for studying in Canada?
I. Entry requirements for Canadian students
1. A valid study permit is required;
2. Participate in the designated learning institution, and its preparation plan for coronavirus pneumonia-19 has been approved by the province or region where it is located;
3. There must be an isolation plan;
4. International students must have a 14-day isolation plan;
5. Before going to Canada, you must submit the information of the isolation plan in ArriveCAN;
6. International students need to receive a full set of coronavirus pneumonia-19 vaccine or a vaccine accepted by the Canadian government at least 14 days before entering Canada;
7. If you have been vaccinated with different vaccines, you are not considered fully vaccinated in Canada at present;
8. Passengers must provide vaccination certificates in English or French (or certified translations of their documents);
9. To qualify for exemption, fully vaccinated passengers must still meet the requirements of entry and pre-arrival inspection, including inspection within 72 hours before departure. They must also be asymptomatic, submit all necessary information about coronavirus pneumonia-19 to ArriveCAN electronically before going to Canada, have a paper or digital copy of the vaccination certificate, and have a suitable isolation plan.
Second, Canada's entry process

First of all, be sure to confirm that the registered institutions are on the approved dli list. 2. At the time of entry
Please bring the following materials when entering the country:
A printed copy of residence information during the isolation period;
A printed copy of the delivery confirmation;
A printed copy confirming that you will not live in the susceptible population during the quarantine period;
Print of app information for take-away and medical services;
Passport, visa, study permit, university admission notice, proof of funds, and other materials recommended by Canadian visa office.
Immigrants will undergo nucleic acid testing at the airport and be quarantined for three days at a government-designated Canadian hotel, waiting for the results.
3. After entering the country
If the airport test result is negative, you can immediately enter the self-isolation period of 14 days after completing the centralized isolation of the hotel for 3 days, and conduct another test at your own expense on 14 days. Passengers with positive test reports will be placed in isolation places designated by the Canadian government.
Attention! Those who fail to comply with the above epidemic prevention regulations will be sentenced to six months' imprisonment and a fine of 750,000 Canadian dollars.
Three. Entry notice for Canada
1. You don't need an entry form to enter Canada, but you need a customs declaration card. Fill in l copies for the whole family. Please ask the waiter for help. Before the plane lands, the crew will report the weather and temperature on the ground and prepare their own clothes properly.
When you get off the plane, the immigration officer may ask you if you have a passport. When going through the immigration formalities, the immigration officer will ask some simple questions, such as where are you from, what is the purpose of your coming to Canada, and what relatives do you have in Canada. The immigration officer will stamp your passport and tell you how long you can stay in Canada;
You must convince the immigration officer that you will not stay in Canada after your trip. If the information you provide is untrue or vague, you can't convince the immigration officer that you are suitable to enter Canada, and you may be refused entry;
4. The contact telephone number (preferably home or mobile phone number) of the Canadian guarantor (inviter or unit) should be prepared in case the guarantor needs to be contacted when entering the country;
Under special circumstances, the immigration officer may ask you to pay some deposits to urge you to abide by the relevant regulations on temporary residence in Canada. If the relevant regulations are met, the cash paid will be refunded when leaving the country;
6. Visitors who come to Canada temporarily are not allowed to work or study in Canada. If you want to change your status or extend your visa, you must apply to the immigration office 3 weeks before the visa expires. Take a copy of your passport and visa and some passport photos with you in case of emergency;
7. If you are studying abroad or immigrating to Canada, it is best to bring other relevant certificates, such as birth certificate, certificate of no criminal record, marriage certificate, diploma, report card, degree certificate, driver's license, experience certificate, etc. The above certificate shall be notarized and accompanied by an English or French translation.
