The so-called free travel and opening of Hong Kong and Macao to mainland cities means that individuals travel to Hong Kong with Hong Kong and Macao passes and endorsements, not that they can enter and leave freely.

To open the city, please bring your household registration book and ID card (materials may vary from place to place, please consult the local administrative service center for details) to the exit-entry management office of the local public security bureau. If the city where the account is located is not yet open, you need the assistance of a travel agency. The required materials are as follows:

Original household registration (if it is a certificate issued by the collective household registration to the local police station), original ID card, 1 passport photo.

Fees and handling fees (at your own expense, the receipt will be returned to the travel agency)

The above fees are collected by the Public Security Bureau. Guests holding Hong Kong and Macao Pass only need to pay the endorsement fee.

If you haven't opened an account, please go to the local travel agency for help. The travel agency charges a little, please consult the local hotel. The specific method is as follows:

(1) Please bring your household registration book and ID card to the travel agency with the qualification of "outbound tour group" to register and pay the fee, and get the Application Form for Mainland Residents' Travel Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao.

(2) The business trip invoice and application form shall be stamped and sent back to the unit for stamping and signing (the unemployed person shall be issued by the police station or public security bureau where his household registration is located). After the verification, submit the form to the entry-exit department, submit the applicant's ID card, household registration book (/kloc-birth-free certificate under 6 years old) and a copy of the whole travel invoice, and submit the original (over 60 years old (including 60 years old), and 18 years old does not submit the opinions of the unit or school; /kloc-Children under the age of 0/4 (including 14) will go to Hong Kong and Macao with their parents or guardians without any documents. Residents of the above-mentioned cities only need to hold their personal identity cards and household registration books to apply for the Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the exit-entry department of the public security bureau where they are registered. (1) Please bring one original and one copy of your ID card and household registration book. Receive the "Examination and Approval Form for Mainland Residents to Travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao".

(2) Fill in the contents truthfully according to the requirements of the form.

(3) The applicant himself (or the public security organ authorized by him) submits the form to the exit-entry department of the Public Security Bureau, and carries his ID card and household registration book for verification by the public security organ.

(4) Travel card fee 100 yuan, endorsement fee for each 20 yuan (endorsement is valid for 3 months). The time limit for the application is about 15 working days (subject to the Guangdong application fee).

If you can't go home and deal with it yourself, there are only the following ways:

Method 1: Passport

If I am not in my domicile and need to go to Hong Kong and Macao urgently, and I have a passport, I can apply for a visa through a travel agency, such as a Malaysian visa, and then apply for an air ticket originating from Hong Kong or Macao through a travel agency, so that I can enter Hong Kong or Macao seven days before the flight date. But the stay in Hong Kong or Australia should not be too long, usually a few days. Now the new passport is valid for 10 years.
