What are the cultural problems in Canada?

1. Quebec Question: Quebec wants independence mainly because it has its own culture. Quebec is the only French-speaking province in Canada. Quebec people feel that they are descended from France, while the rest of Canada has been assimilated by Britain and America. So far, the Canadian Constitution has not been amended because of this issue since its independence. The revision of the constitution requires the consent of all provinces. Quebec is unwilling to sign before agreeing to Quebec independence.

2. Indigenous issues: Canada was once the home of indigenous people. However, Europeans occupied Canada and drove away the aborigines. The aborigines are still very hostile to non-aborigines. In some indigenous areas, even the police dare not go in.
