India's caste system is world-famous. Why are there no caste systems in Malaysia?

India's caste system is deeply rooted in India, and there is a clear distinction between people of high caste and low caste, but there is any transcendence. Once it is crossed, it is the price of blood. However, Indians in Malaysia do not have to face such a harsh system. This is mainly because: 1. There is no high caste group defending the caste system; 2. There is no strong religious system and social soil; Malaysian laws treat people of high and low castes equally.

1. High-caste groups who have not defended the caste system

The reason why India's caste system is so strict is because the vested interests in India, the high-caste groups, are fully defending it. In India, as long as there is something that low-caste people overstep, high-caste people will rise up and attack it. Under the threat of death, people of low caste can only endure it silently. However, among Indians in Malaysia, there is a lack of high caste groups. When India colonized that year, a large number of poor Indians were recruited in India to work hard in Malaysia, and the number of high-caste Indians who went to Malaysia was basically zero.

2. There is no strong religious system and social soil

The root and deep-rooted caste system in India has a lot to do with their religious beliefs. Religious means is a means for Indian high caste to fool and enslave low caste. Due to the long history and widespread existence, as well as their own limitations, low-caste people in India naturally consider themselves inferior and fully accept their fate of slavery. In Malaysia, there is no such religious system and social soil at all. In a relatively equal society, Indians have a certain degree of awakening.

3. Malaysian laws treat people of high and low castes equally

In India, people of high castes hurt people of low castes at a very low cost. Therefore, in India, high-caste people have no scruples about hurting low-caste people. However, Malaysian laws do not allow this to happen. Compared with Indian laws, Malaysian laws pay more attention to equality for all. Therefore, from the legal point of view, Malaysia does not allow the existence of caste system.
