(A) dynamic management

The agents of international sailing ships entering and leaving People's Republic of China (PRC) * * and China ports shall notify the inspection and quarantine institutions by fax on time every day (timely notification of temporary developments). It mainly includes: ship name, voyage, ship registration, arrival in Hong Kong, imported goods, goods to be loaded for export, arrival, berthing and departure time, etc.

(2) Quarantine declaration

1. The agent of an international sailing ship intending to enter People's Republic of China (PRC) port must report to the port inspection and quarantine institution 24 hours before the ship arrives at the quarantine anchorage (when the voyage does not exceed 24 hours). Agents must be trained by inspection and quarantine institutions and declare with certificates.

2. Declaration contents:

(1) Ship quarantine declaration: name of ship, port of registry, number of crew and passengers and their health status, estimated arrival time, name of port of call and departure date of the last port of departure within 10, name and date of port where deratization/deratization certificate was issued, abnormal death of rodents, main symptoms of patients, etc.

(2) Declaration for inspection and quarantine of cargo hold: If a ship leaves the country with perishable food, frozen products, animals and plants, animal and plant products and other quarantine objects, the owner or agent of the ship shall apply to the inspection and quarantine institution for inspection 24 hours before loading. No goods shall be loaded without permission. 3. The inspection and quarantine institution shall give a reply to the declared ship as required, and indicate the quarantine place and method.

(2) Anchorage quarantine. (4) Telecommunications quarantine. Except for ships subject to anchorage quarantine, ships from foreign countries or specific areas with valid Health Certificates shall not enter the second-class ports.

(3) Entry formalities

(4) Exit formalities

1. The documents that the ship owner or his agent should submit for the port entry formalities include: general declaration form, cargo declaration form, ship goods declaration form, cargo list, catering list and revised crew list.

2. The ship or its agent shall go through the departure formalities at the inspection and quarantine institution with the above documents within 4 hours before the ship leaves Hong Kong.

3. If the ship that has gone through the formalities for leaving the port has not left the port for more than 24 hours, it needs to go through the formalities for leaving the port again.
