At which consulates can CR 1 apply for American immigration to China?

In China, only the American Consulate in Guangzhou can apply for an immigrant visa. First, your husband should fill in the I- 130 form and send it to the US Immigration Service. After about 4-5 months, the Immigration Bureau will send you a letter telling you what to do next. My visa is CR 1, which takes about one year and three months. I arrived in the United States in mid-June 2008.
