Why build a nuclear power plant in Xishui?

Xishui is a densely populated area, with 3,000 immigrants just building nuclear power plants, occupying 5,000 mu of cultivated land. The site is only 20 kilometers away from Xishui County. Originally, the State Council had to approve the construction of a nuclear power plant, but they took the initiative to make room for Xishui immigrants, making a fuss and trying to make it a fait accompli. Because the county magistrate and county party secretary of Xishui are incompetent, they got the official position by flattering and trading power and money. In order to continue their promotion, they came up with such crooked ways and made a big project to gain some political continuity. They ignore the life and property safety of the broad masses of the people, and even ignore the life safety of future generations of Xishui. The Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan is the best precedent.
