Justin analyzed that if students really come to study in the UK, there will be no visa difficulties. As long as the certificate is true, you are not afraid of rejection, because the reason for rejection is far-fetched, and it can be solved through appeal.

What should students pay attention to now that the policy changes so quickly?

Justin suggested that students should make sure that they have made progress in their studies. They shouldn't come to the UK 10, be still a freshman, transfer to a university 10, or take a language class.

He said that students who really come to study will have no problem with visas. What students must pay attention to is to abide by the school regulations, attend classes as soon as possible, and don't miss classes, because attendance is very important.

New documents and new laws

Against the background that the British Court of Appeal lost a lawsuit, on July 23, 20 10, the British Border Agency issued a document on the financial requirements of the "points-based" visa system for applicants.

The good news is that graduates who applied for a PSW visa in the UK on or before July 22nd can apply for reconsideration if they are rejected because their bank deposits are less than 800 pounds for only a few days.

This document stipulates that the reconsideration applicant can obtain a visa as long as he has the required amount of funds on any day within one month before submitting the visa. Even if the students who refuse to sign the visa clearly indicate that they have no right to appeal, they can apply for reconsideration before 20 1 1.

Despite this, the Ministry of the Interior said that the new financial certification regulations passed the legislative process on July 23 and became part of the immigration law.

This means that from this day on, students applying for PSW visa must provide proof that their personal funds have met the requirements within the previous 90 days, and the interval between them and the date of submitting the application is not more than one month.
