What does Lebanese-American mean?
Lebanese-American refers to a person who was born in Lebanon or of Lebanese descent, but holds American citizenship. They may be born in the United States or immigrate to the United States, or they may be born in Lebanon and immigrate to other countries, and then immigrate to the United States. This term is mainly used to describe those who have cultural, linguistic or blood ties with Lebanon and are closely related to Lebanese communities.
