How to immigrate to Hong Kong

Legal analysis: (1) the necessary conditions of the applicant

(1) China mainlanders must obtain permanent residency in foreign countries before they can apply for investment immigration in Hong Kong.

(2) The applicant 18 years old, with no bad record.

(3) The net assets of the applicant in the two years before the application are not less than HK$ 6.5 million.

Applicants must meet all the following basic qualifications:

(1) Age Applicants must be 18 years old or above when submitting their applications under this plan.

The financial requirement is that the applicant must prove that he/she and his/her dependents (if any) can live and reside in Hong Kong alone without relying on public assistance.

(2) Applicants with good conduct must not have any criminal record or bad entry record in Hong Kong or elsewhere.

(3) Language proficiency applicants must have good written and spoken Chinese or English (spoken Chinese refers to Mandarin or Cantonese).

(4) Applicants with basic education must have a good education. Generally speaking, they must have a university degree awarded by a recognized university or higher education institution. Under special circumstances, good technical qualifications, demonstrable professional ability and/or documented experience and achievements may also be considered.

If the applicant fails to provide satisfactory supporting documents to prove that he meets all the above basic qualifications, his application will be rejected immediately and will not be further processed.
