Does alien migration belong to evolution?

Seeing this question reminds me of a movie "Prometheus", which describes that the origin of human beings is due to the decomposition of DNA caused by engineers swallowing black water, but after falling into the water, a piece of DNA splits and recombines into cells, and then human beings appear after hundreds of millions of years of evolution.

There are also many ancient legends of alien civilizations visiting the earth in the world. Humans may also be a combination of terrestrial creatures and aliens.
