Northerners work in Shenzhen, and their hometown is a fifth-tier city. Is it feasible to buy a house in Huizhou? Or do you want to earn money and go back to your hometown to buy a house?

If you have to go back to your hometown, buy a suite at home and rent a house at work. If you don't go back to your hometown and buy a house within your tolerance, then choose a job city to buy a house.

The advantage is that the distribution of resources between cities is really unbalanced. Compared with remote hometown, the economic development, educational resources, medical level and transportation convenience of big cities are far better than those of third-and fourth-tier cities. In the long run, buying a house in a first-and second-tier city will help you and your children grow up.

Similarly, don't choose a house randomly, choose a house with good quality, and consider lots, lots and school districts. The sooner you buy such a house, the better. Don't count on falling house prices. It is difficult for housing prices in first-and second-tier cities to fall sharply.

The existing self-occupied housing needs to be kept in mind that the income from financial management is far less than that from self-occupation when buying a house in the county. Because only cities with a continuous influx of population have financial opportunities, county towns lack sufficient economic attractiveness to support housing prices for a long time.

Life in big cities is more convenient. Everyone who works hard in a different place will consider similar problems more or less, but everyone faces different situations.

In this regard, what I want to say is that if you have plenty of money, stay in a big city, because its comprehensive growth is much stronger than that in remote areas.
