What is the process of EB-5 investment immigration application?

EB-5 application is mainly divided into three stages:

1) Apply for I-526 foreign entrepreneur immigrant investor status: Investors must submit the I-526 form to the Immigration Bureau with supporting documents, which clearly prove that the investment meets EB-5 requirements and the source of funds belongs to legal income. If the applicant is in the United States, he/she can submit an application form for status adjustment (I-485) to the US Immigration Service. 3) Application for removing conditional status and becoming a legal permanent resident: The investor must fill in and submit the I-829 form to the US Immigration Service within 90 days before entering the United States as a conditional resident for two years.
