5. Certificate of going abroad: the certificate issued by the work unit, including the applicant's name, position, salary, travel time abroad, etc. And indicate the name, address and telephone number of the person in charge of the work unit, affix the official seal and issue the name, position and signature of the person in charge of the certificate, with an English translation.
6. Reception certificate of residence in Schengen countries: Some countries can accept the website reservation certificate, while others only accept the hotel fax certificate. You can check it on the website first.
7. Household registration book: original and photocopy, all contents need to be translated.
8. Personal financial guarantee: salary, unfrozen deposit certificate, or real estate license, or car purchase, etc. Original and translation are required.
9. ID card: original and translation are required.
10. All the above materials need 1 original and 1 copy. A4 paper is required and submitted in the above order.
Except for special restrictions, according to international practice, delegations going abroad on business can generally obtain transit visas on schedule as long as they submit their valid passports, valid visas of destination countries, joint air tickets, matters needing attention in applying for transit visas (official letters), visa forms for transit personnel and other materials to the embassy or consulate of China, a country that needs transit.

3. Original visa application fee receipt You can pay the visa application fee in 930 yuan RMB at any branch of CITIC Industrial Bank in China (effective from March 28th, 2008). Please note that once the application fee is paid, even if the applicant is refused or abandoned, it cannot be refunded.
