Who can help me translate it?

Party A instructs Party B to apply for a visa on its behalf. This application has two stages: employer-sponsored nomination and visa application. 4000 is the general guarantee application after the application is approved for payment and before the visa application is submitted.

The nominated occupation will be decided later.

If the application for custody and nomination is unsuccessful, Party B will refund Party A 3000 yuan in the first step.

If the visa application is unsuccessful. Party B shall refund 4000 yuan to Party A, and pay in the second step. However, if the visa applicant fails to pass the medical examination or the Immigration Bureau provides false information, Party B will not refund Party A and the money.

The immigration application fee is about 1000, which is non-refundable. If it is a Chinese document instead of an English document, a translation fee will be charged.

Party B's services include providing professional advice to Party A.. Prepare and submit sponsorship, nomination and visa applications, and inform both parties of their progress.

If the application of this party quits or decides not to apply or terminate its instructions, Party B will not refund the money paid to any party after the signing of the agreement.

Party B will keep part of the information provided confidential.

This agreement is valid only after both parties sign and agree.
