The War between Buyi and Han in History
In the second year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (1797), at the beginning of the first month of the summer calendar, in order to resist the heavy exploitation of the government and force farmers to suppress the Miao uprising, a large-scale Buyi peasant uprising broke out in Nanlongfu. The uprising lasted nearly a year and affected hundreds of miles. The leaders of this peasant uprising are Wang Achong (1778- 1797,No. Bao Xian) and Wei (1768- 1797,No. Guangxian, known as "Qi Shouxu"). In August of the same year, the Qing court sent heavy troops to suppress it, and the rebels failed because they were outnumbered. Wang and Wei were arrested and sent to Beijing, where they died heroically. Influenced and promoted by the peasant revolutionary movement of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, Yang Yuanbao, a peasant leader of Buyi nationality in Dushan Prefecture, first rose up and led thousands of peasants and craftsmen of Buyi, Miao, Shui and Han nationalities to hold an uprising in 1854. The attack on the south gate of Dushan Prefecture opened the prelude to the peasant uprising of all ethnic groups in Guizhou. 1855, the Buyi uprising led by Zeng Yuhua and the peasant uprising led by Luo Guangming of Buyi nationality in Shangjiang (now sandu county) broke out in Biandan Mountain, Zhenning. In addition, most minority Buyi farmers joined the peasant revolutionary armies of Miao, Han, Dong and Shui nationalities, led by Zhang Xiumei, Tao Xinchun and Yan Dawu, respectively. These peasant uprisings all attacked and weakened imperialism and the ruling power of the Qing Dynasty in Guizhou. After the Opium War, Buyi areas also launched several struggles against the cultural aggression of imperialist missionaries. There are mainly 1906 anti-imperialist and anti-feudal armed struggle of Buyi people in Guiding, 1907 anti-imperialist and anti-feudal struggle of Biandanshan area in Zhenning led by Wei Renxing; During the War of Liberation, under the leadership of the columns in the border areas of Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou, ethnic Buyi youths in Zhenning, Guanling, Anlong, Xingren, Xingyi and other places formed the Six Horses Guerrilla (later reorganized as the seventh detachment of the Compass Guerrilla Zone) and Xingyi Guerrilla Regiment, and the People's Liberation Army (PLA) established the 10/949/kloc-0 in 2004.
Wang Nangxian (1777- 1797), female, Buyi nationality, whose real name is Wang Achong (also known as Achong), practiced martial arts since childhood, and was able to cure diseases by witchcraft and organize Buyi uprising in a religious form. She was called Bao Xian (meaning nun) among the people. On the fifth day of the first month in the second year of Jiaqing (1797), she was called the emperor and empress, and her army reached hundreds of thousands at most. The insurgents successively captured Puping, Zhenfeng, Xingren and Xingyi, and went straight to Ziyun, Changshun and Zhijin. Buyi, Miao and Yi people all over the country rose up in succession and pointed to Guiyang, the provincial capital. The Qing court sent troops to suppress the Buyi army, which gradually got into trouble and retreated; Captured the Buyi army base and captured Wang Nangxian alive; He was transported to Beijing in a prison van, and Wang Nangxian Lingchi was executed on 1 1 7th February (1797 65438+24th February), at the age of 26.
The Buyi uprising in Nanlong during Jiaqing period was one of the historical events during Jiaqing period, and the Buyi people left a deep impression on the history of Qing Dynasty.
After the Qing rulers implemented the policy of "returning home" in Guizhou, class exploitation and national oppression were intensified; In the Qing Dynasty, officials, landlords and usurers successively entered the Buyi inhabited areas, colluded with the natives, pavilion people and things in the local rural areas, exploited and oppressed farmers, and occupied a large number of land chiefs. They not only forced farmers to farm by "printing fields", but also forced farmers to undertake all kinds of labor for their own weddings, banquets, housing, transportation and all kinds of eating, drinking and having fun. Feudal landlords, officials and even officers and men took every opportunity to blackmail the people, and even wearing national costumes was accused of "violating the system" and punished. Under cruel exploitation, in the second year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (1797), an anti-Qing uprising broke out, in which Buyi people were the main body and Miao and Han people participated. The uprising lasted for eight months and shocked the Qing court. It was a peasant revolutionary struggle in Guizhou in the Qing Dynasty, and it was also the largest and most influential uprising in Buyi history.
