3. The original user needs to settle the debt with the power supply enterprise before changing the household.

(a) under the condition that the address, capacity and category of electricity consumption remain unchanged, it is allowed to change its name or transfer its ownership;

(two) the original user shall terminate the original power supply and consumption relationship after the power supply enterprise has settled its debts;

(3) If the transfer has not been completed, the new user shall bear the debts of the original user. When the power supply enterprise discovers that the user has transferred the ownership privately, it shall notify the household to go through the formalities and terminate the power supply if necessary.
