Does the Swiss spouse reunion visa require language clearance?

There is no language requirement when applying!

To apply for a Swiss spouse reunion visa, both parties need to provide the following information:

Materials required by the local immigration bureau:

(1) copy of passport;

(2) The marriage certificate needs to be translated and notarized, and we have no certification;

(3) If the child needs the child's birth certificate;

(4) No criminal certificate;

(5) the lease contract, indicating the rent and the amount of capital; ;

Materials to be submitted by domestic embassies:

(1) Personal passport of spouse, valid for at least 3 months;

(2) Two copies of the spouse's passport, including the signature page, which can also be copied and submitted if you have a Schengen visa before;

(3) Three Visa D application forms, downloaded from the provided website and then filled in;

(4) Four passport photos, 3.5cm×4.5cm；;

(5) Two residence certificates in Switzerland;
