According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Haizhengfangzi [2022] No.3), it is necessary to requisition 0.2526 hectares of land collectively owned by farmers in Miyan Village, Zhangshui Town (east to highway, south to Heliang Line, west to farmland and north to farmland). Among them, the garden area is 0.2526 hectares.

2. dongqiao town Shijiumiao Village

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022] No.4), 0.0045 hectare of land collectively owned by farmers in Shijiumiao Village, dongqiao town (with roads in the east, brick houses in the south, farmland in the west and farmland in the north) needs to be expropriated. Among them, the garden area is 0.0045 hectares.

3. Dongjiaqiao Village, Jishigang Town

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022] No.8), the land collectively owned by farmers in Dongjiaqiao Village, Jishigang Town needs to be expropriated 1.7 174 hectares (east to the river, south to the flat, west to the paddy field and north to the construction land). Among them, cultivated land 1.3890 hectares, water area and water conservancy facilities 0.0242 hectares, traffic land 0.0895 hectares and construction land 0.2 1.47 hectares.

4. dongqiao town Shu Qiao Village

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Haizhengfangzi [2022] No.9), 0.255 1 hectare of land collectively owned by farmers in Shu Qiao Village, dongqiao town (the farmland in the east, rivers in the south, farmland in the west and farmland in the north) needs to be expropriated. Among them, agricultural land is 0.255 1 hectare (0.2287 hectares of cultivated land and 0.0264 hectares of traffic land).

5. Yuanhe Village, Jishigang Town

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022]No. 14), the 1.8382 hectares of land collectively owned by farmers in Yuanhe Village of Jishigang Town (east to Kugaji Village, south to Yingjia New Village, west to Kugaji Village and north to school) need to be expropriated. Among them, the construction land is 1.8382 hectares.

6. Cuiao Village, Zhangshui Town

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022]No. 19), 0.9522 hectares of land collectively owned by farmers in Cuiao Village of Zhangshui Town (east to Zhang Cun Construction Area, south to rivers, west to rivers and north to other woodlands in Cuiao Village) will be expropriated. Among them, cultivated land is 0.6 193 hectares, forest land is 0.2382 hectares and traffic land is 0.0947 hectares.

7. Zhumei Village, Zhangshui Town

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022] No.20), 0. 1077 hectares of land collectively owned by farmers in Zhumei Village of Zhangshui Town (east to Zhang Cun Construction Area, south to rivers, west to rivers and north to other woodlands in Cui 'ao Village) will be expropriated. Among them, 0.0957 hectares of cultivated land and 0.0 1.20 hectares of traffic land.

8. Zhang Cun, Zhangshui Town

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022] No.21), 0.9292 hectares of land collectively owned by farmers in Zhang Cun, Zhangshui Town (east to Zhang Cun Construction Area, south to rivers, west to rivers and north to other woodlands in Cui 'ao Village) will be expropriated. Among them, 0.8446 hectare is cultivated land, 0.0057 hectare is water area and water conservancy facilities, and 0.0789 hectare is traffic land.

9. Haishu Zhangshui Town Asset Management Investment Company

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022] No.22), 0.2854 hectare of land collectively owned by Ningbo Haishu Zhangshui Town Asset Management Investment Company (east to Zhang Cun Construction Area, south to riverway, west to riverway and north to other woodlands in Cui 'ao Village) is expropriated. Among them, the construction land is 0.2854 hectares.

Linfeng Village, Hengjie Town 10

According to the Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement Plan (Haizhengfangzi [2022] No.23), 7.0 142 hectares of land collectively owned by farmers in Linfeng Village, Hengjie Town (east of the construction area, south of the village road, west of the village farmland and north of the road) need to be expropriated. Among them, cultivated land is 6.579 1 ha, traffic land is 0.2689 ha, water area and water conservancy facilities land is 0.0508 ha, and construction land is 0. 1 154 ha.

Hengjie Village, Hengjie Town 1 1

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Hai Zheng Fang Zi [2022] No.24), 0.0397 hectares of land collectively owned by farmers in Hengjie Village, Hengjie Town (east of the construction area, south of the village road, west of the village farmland and north of the road) need to be expropriated. Among them, 0.0397 hectares of cultivated land.

Maimianqiao Village, Jishigang Town 12

According to the Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Expropriation (Haizhengfangzi [2022] No.26), the land collectively owned by farmers in Maimianqiao Village, Jishigang Town (paddy fields in the east, Gaji in the south, Gaji in the west and Gaji in the north) needs to be expropriated by 0.009 1 hectare. Among them, 0.0068 hectares of cultivated land and 0.0023 hectares of other agricultural land.
