EB- 1A immigrants with outstanding talents belong to the priority category of professional immigrants stipulated in American immigration law. If the application is successful, you can get a green card. The applicant submits I- 140 professional immigration application to the Immigration Bureau. The average processing time varies from trial center to trial center and may change every month. At present, it is about 4 to 6 months. After the Immigration Bureau approved the I- 140 application,

(1) If you are in the United States, apply to the Immigration Service Center for I-485 to adjust your status with an I-797 approval letter; After the application for identity adjustment is approved, the audit center will send an approval letter to the applicant and notify the business card printing center.
