Fujian is called Tulou, Jiangxi is called Wailou and Half Wailou, and Guangdong is called WaiLong Wu. There are Yuanzhai Tulou, Fangtulou (quadrangular Tulou), Bagua Tulou and Wufeng Tulou. Bamboo strips are used as bones and muscles, lime and sandstone are used as raw materials, and there are houses, schools and wells. It is a centralized residence, and people live in the same family. It helps each other and has a defensive function.

big

Small: 2-layer and 3-layer single ring. Room 2 1-28

Medium: 3 or 4 layers, large diameter or double ring. 30-40 rooms

Large: 4 or 5 floors, large diameter, two or three rings. 60-72 rooms

1 3 wells, lower kitchen, middle warehouse, upper bedroom, only the upper bedroom is open to the public, and every household has stairs. The pigsty and toilet are outside the building. In the middle are dangerous ancestral halls, schools and parliament halls.

Round earth buildings: Fengzuo Juening Building, Chengqi Building and Jinjiang Building.

Square earth building: Fuxin building, Yijing building and Yonglongchang building.

Bagua Tulou: Zhencheng Building and Zai Tian Building.

Wufenglou:

Guangdong people call it dragon house or enclosure, and Shanghang people in western Fujian call it big house or building. There are more than 2,000 Wufeng Buildings in Shanghang, western Fujian, and more than 10,000 in Guangdong. East, west, north, south, middle and five faces are colorful and five-phoenix, which consists of hall building (upright body), horizontal house (dragon protection) and dragon enclosure (peripheral protection).
