Ye Jianping, male, Han nationality, native of Chun'an, Zhejiang, was born in July 1967. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1987 and started working in July 1989. He has a postgraduate degree.

Served as deputy county magistrate (deputy department level) of the People's Government of Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

On August 13, 2019, Ye Jianping was expelled from the party and dismissed from public office.

On October 25, 2019, the Hangzhou Xihu District People’s Court publicly sentenced the defendant Ye Jianping to a bribery case. The defendant Ye Jianping was sentenced to 12 years in prison for accepting bribes and fined RMB 2 million. ; The property and interest obtained from bribery shall be recovered and turned over to the state treasury.
