Except for sightseeing agriculture and eco-tourism projects, it is forbidden to arrange industrial and commercial real estate development projects in protected areas.

Ecological protection and construction in the east bank of the Yellow River, north of north beach Village in Wutongshu Township, lingwu city, and south of immigrant village in Yueyahu Township, xingqing district shall be implemented in accordance with the overall planning of Binhe New District.
