Lijiang River was once an important waterway connecting Lingnan and the Central Plains, and played an important role in national unity and economic and cultural exchanges. The total length of Lijiang River 164 km. The riverbed along the river is mostly pebbles, with little sediment and clear water quality, and the banks are mostly karst landforms. The famous landscape of Guilin lies on the Lijiang River, which is rich in tourism resources.
