How long can Zhengzhou residence permit come down?

Official website, the Zhengzhou Municipal Government, indicated that the public security organs will complete the verification within five working days from the date when citizens submit their applications. In line with the conditions, the public security organ shall make and issue the residence permit within 10 days after approval. Applicants who have not paid social security for half a year, or who do not meet the conditions of legal residence for half a year, study at school for half a year, and do business for half a year, cannot directly apply for a residence permit.
