South African working immigrants

Following the notice from the South African Embassy, we put forward the following requirements for applying for a South African visa:

1. It takes about 14 days for business people who go to South Africa temporarily to apply for visas. All items in the visa application form must be filled in clearly. According to the requirements of the South African authorities, the invitation letter issued by the South African company with official letterhead must be accompanied by a detailed list of the chairman of the South African company; State the date of the planned visit and the name of the invited person; To ensure that the application returns to China on time and continue to work; South African joint ventures also need to provide company registration certificates; If the inviter is a China company, it should also provide the public certificate of business license. Multiple entry business visas take 3-4 weeks.

2. When applying for a work visa for South Africa, the engineering technicians and project managers of the Sino-South joint venture or who are performing the contract with South Africa in China should provide detailed information on the number of South African employees employed by the inviter in addition to the invitation letter and the visa application form. For example, if the inviter is a Chinese-funded company, it is necessary to provide a copy of the inviter's residence certificate or work visa in South Africa.

In addition, the invitation letters provided by some visiting units recently when applying for visas do not meet the requirements of foreign embassies in China, which brings difficulties to visa applications, causes unnecessary refusal or withdrawal of visas, and causes dissatisfaction of foreign embassies in China, thus affecting normal business visa applications.
