How to apply for British relative immigration

According to the provisions of the British Immigration Ordinance, in order to obtain entry permit for relatives, one of the following conditions must be met:

1, the wife or fiancee of a British citizen;

2./kloc-children of British citizens under the age of 0/8;

3. Parents of British citizens;

4. Children under the age of 18 adopted by British citizens;

5. People who own 6,543,800+5,000 in the UK;

6. The spouse is of foreign nationality, but it must be proved that the marriage is not for immigration, that is, the authenticity and reliability of the marriage. Any permanent resident can apply for his parents, spouse or other economically dependent relatives to settle in the UK, and they can stay in the UK indefinitely with the householder.

If they want to obtain independent permanent residency, they must meet the following conditions: in the first four years of living in the UK, they must not leave the UK for more than 90 days each year, and in the last year, they must not leave the UK for more than 90 days.

2. Procedures for applying for an immigrant visa for British relatives:

1. First of all, relatives in the UK should produce relevant certificates, including their own identity certificates, notarized financial status and kinship certificates, as well as relevant information of China applicants, and apply to the local immigration office for entry permit. Upon examination by the British Immigration Bureau, those who meet the requirements will be granted entry permits.

2. After obtaining the entry permit, the China applicant shall go through the visa formalities with the entry consent and related materials.

3. Upon examination and approval by the British Embassy in China, an immigrant visa will be issued to China applicants.
