What is the population of Macau?
Macau has been a territory of China since ancient times and originally belonged to Xiangshan County, Guangdong Province.

Macao is located at 113°34'-113°35' east longitude and 22°06'-22°13' north latitude. According to records, the Macau Peninsula covered an area of ??less than 3 square kilometers in the 19th century. After more than a hundred years of land reclamation, Macau today has a land area of ??23.5 square kilometers, consisting of the Macau Peninsula, Taipa Island and Coloane. Macau is located south of the Tropic of Cancer and is greatly affected by the ocean and monsoons. Autumn (October to December) is the best season of the year, with plenty of sunshine, mild climate and low humidity. Winter (January to March) is cold but sunny most of the time. From April to September, the humidity and temperature gradually increase. During this period, there is more rain and there are typhoons.
There is a fast transport fleet between Macau and Hong Kong. There is a ship every 15 to 30 minutes, and the journey takes about 60 minutes. You can also take a helicopter to Hong Kong from Macau, which only takes 20 minutes. Since the Macau International Airport was completed and opened in November 1995, there have been about 60 flights every day, flying to more than ten countries and more than ten cities in mainland China.
