How long is the IELTS score valid?
(1) Candidates must normally complete all subjects of written and oral tests, and take photos on the spot as scheduled before receiving the report card.
(2) Candidates' transcripts will be sent by the British Council for Cultural Education through EMS (Chinese mainland Delivery Service only) to the mailing address provided by candidates when registering, and each candidate can only receive 1 original transcripts.
2. IELTS is a national unified exam.
(1) The British Council for Cultural Education cooperates with the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education to hold the IELTS test in 82 examination rooms in 4/kloc-0 cities across the country, with 48 test dates each year.
(2) Candidates can choose the most suitable test date and place according to their needs.
(3) Candidates can take multiple exams at the same time, but the dates of any two exams must be more than 7 days apart. The deadline for registration, transfer and withdrawal of each IELTS test can be found on the registration website.
3. The examination forms include written examination, computer examination and interpretation.

Statement of IELTS test transcript:
1. For the candidates who take the IELTS paper-and-pencil test, the report cards are generally distributed on the day after the test 13. For candidates who take the IELTS test, the time to issue transcripts is generally 5 to 7 days after the test date.
Candidates will receive an original transcript, please keep it properly.
3. The name of the candidate shown on the test report card is the name of the identity document provided by the candidate when registering.
(1) Candidates should contact the examination center of the Ministry of Education if they find that their place of birth or mother tongue is wrong, and provide the corresponding supporting materials.
(2) If the candidate changes his name after receiving the test report, the name on the report will not be changed accordingly.
4. If the IELTS test partner thinks it is necessary to review the candidates' scores or related test procedures, the candidates' transcripts may not be distributed on time. Candidates may be asked to provide handwriting and voice samples to assist in the investigation. Under special circumstances, candidates may be required to retake individual or all exams.
5. If any abnormality is found after the transcript is issued, the candidate's score can be cancelled. Candidates may need to retake some or all exams.
6. Candidates' test scores will be provided to the results accreditation institutions where candidates apply for exams, so that such institutions can verify test scores or investigate suspicious cheating.
7. Candidates or candidates' agents may cancel the original scores of the candidates if the test report submitted to the achievement accreditation body is suspected of being tampered with in any form.
8. Candidates themselves have no right to ask for all written answers and oral recordings that have been contacted after the test and completed during the IELTS test.
