NIA, what do police do?

Nia police are subordinate to China People's Police, and are mainly responsible for entry and exit management, port certificate inspection and foreigners' residence management. Simply put, it is the police who are in charge of entry and exit work.

National immigration bureau

Coordinate the formulation and implementation of immigration policies, be responsible for entry and exit management, port certificate inspection and border people exchange management, be responsible for foreigners' stay and permanent residence management, refugee management and nationality management, take the lead in coordinating the management of non-foreigners and the repatriation of illegal immigrants, be responsible for China citizens' entry and exit services for personal reasons, and undertake international cooperation in the field of immigration.

The flag of the national immigration management team is dominated by national flag red and police blue.
