The Agreement between the Government of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Government of the People's Republic of Kazakhstan on Mutual Visa Waiver will take effect on June 165438+ 10/0, 2023. According to the agreement, China citizens hold official passports, passports and travel certificates, while Kazakh citizens hold ordinary passports and return certificates. For private affairs, business activities, tourism, medical care, international transportation and transit, the single stay shall not exceed 30 days from the date of entry, and the cumulative stay shall not exceed 90 days every 180 days, so visas are exempted.

Those who do not meet the above reasons and time limit need to complete the corresponding visa before entering the other country. On 1994, the governments of China and Kazakhstan signed the Agreement between the Government of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Government of Kazakhstan on Official Travel. Holders of diplomatic and official passports of both sides can enter each other's countries visa-free and stay for no more than 30 days.
