The geographical environment of Haitou Town

Haitou Town is located in the southwest of Danzhou City, on the banks of the Zhubi River and on the east coast of Beibu Gulf. Its geographical coordinates are 19°30′ north latitude and 108°57′ east longitude. It is located in a hilly area, with terrain higher in the east and lower in the west, with an average altitude of 35 meters. There is Hongyang Reservoir with a water accumulation of 25.03 million cubic meters within the territory, and the conditions for agricultural development are relatively favorable. It has a tropical monsoon climate with an average annual rainfall of 1,428 mm. The annual average temperature is 23.4℃, the average temperature in January is 17℃, and the average temperature in July is 28.1℃.
