After three years of marriage (counting from the date of marriage), you need to bring your husband to the exit-entry management section of our bureau to apply. The materials you need to prepare are the invitation letter written by your husband asking you to settle in Hong Kong, the original marriage certificate, your husband's Hong Kong ID card, home visit permit, your own household registration book and ID card.
