Located in the northeast of Huludao City, 35 kilometers northeast of Jinzhou, at the junction of Nuantang Township and Huangtukan Township. Wujintang Reservoir is named after its abundant underground coal reserves and its east is Wujintang Village. The reservoir was built in July of 197 1 year, located in a narrow ravine, and was impounded by the water in the middle reaches of the Daughter River. The dam is 288m long, 99m high, 5m wide at the top, 183.7m wide at the bottom, 100m high at the top, and the actual dam height is 33m. The catchment area is 940 square kilometers, and the water surface area is 10 square kilometers. On the north side, there are spillway, water tunnel with stone and cement grouting, and a small power station. Surrounded by mountains and peaks, the reservoir has become a tourist attraction. About 3.5 kilometers to the west by yacht, you can reach the cave. Stalactites in the cave are colorful and a pool of clear water is crystal clear. The hall is 0/50m long and 40m wide, and can accommodate thousands of people.

Rowing on the water and fishing by the rocks make tourists feel relaxed and happy. Diaoyu Island in the reservoir area is the best place for fishing. Surrounded by water on all sides, an arch bridge connects the Taishan Temple surrounded by water on three sides. The island is about 400 meters long and 70 meters wide. It is very quiet. To the west of Diaoyu Island is Bird Island, which is 3.5km long and 1 km wide. It is surrounded by water on three sides and connected with land on one side, and extends into the reservoir like a stick. Every spring, summer and autumn, thousands of migratory birds inhabit and breed here, which is known as a small cave outside the Great Wall.
