2. The transfer of files is similar to that you consulted. If the employment agreement is used to complete the file transfer, the signing unit of the employment agreement should choose the destination you want to transfer, and then go to the school to trigger the dispatch of the registration card to that place, and trigger the dispatch of the registration card to the institution where the file is located to complete the transfer. If you don't consider changing to a formal job in the future, you can re-sign a labor contract, and the new unit will issue the formalities for handling the file transfer letter required by the file management agency in the target place, thus completing the transfer. If your employment agreement has been signed, and the registration card does not support the transfer of your file to your destination, and at the same time, considering the conditions of graduation, you can only go through the reassignment procedure.
