Can the IELTS exam fee be refunded? how much is it?

IELTS withdrawal fee cannot be refunded in full, but only a part of RMB 1750 (the refund is the balance of 420 yuan withdrawal fee after deducting the registration fee).

Only cancel your registration on the registration website of the examination center of the Ministry of Education. After canceling the exam, the candidate's account will receive a refund within a fixed period of time, which is about 4~6 weeks. You can check whether the refund has arrived.

After logging into the IELTS registration website, enter the NEEA user name and password to log in.

2. Enter the personal homepage before the deadline.

Candidates can change your test date and/or test center online before the registration deadline of each test. This requires candidates to pay extra 420 yuan RMB. You can pay through ICBC, China Merchants Bank and China Bank.

3. Select "View registered exams" and click "Withdraw exams" to cancel registration.

After clicking the Cancel Registration and Return Part of the Fees button, the system will prompt candidates whether to cancel registration. After the examinee confirms the cancellation of registration, your previous registration will be cancelled, and the balance of 420 yuan after deducting the refund will remain in your account balance. In addition, a confirmation letter will be sent to your email address to cancel the registration.
