How to Realize Skilled Migration when Studying in New Zealand

At present, it is relatively easy for immigrants studying in New Zealand to meet the requirements of skilled immigrants after graduation. In the immigration score, the work experience score is much higher than before. It is less difficult to immigrate to highly educated and scarce industries. A high degree here means getting a master's or doctoral degree in New Zealand.

The conditions for studying in New Zealand are as follows:

1. Students who have completed the bonus course for skilled immigrants (that is, the courses listed in Annex I) can get an unlimited work permit for 6 months;

2. Students who study English (Forum) language courses in middle schools 12 and 13 are included in the scope of students who are allowed to take part-time jobs, but they need to meet some conditions, including English language proficiency;

3. Eligible students can apply to work 20 hours a week during their study, instead of 15 hours a week.

4. All students who have studied for 12 months can apply for full-time jobs in summer vacation;

5. Spouses of professional students with shortage of technical talents and students pursuing postgraduate courses can apply for unrestricted work permits consistent with the duration of their courses;

6. The score of the application submitted by skilled immigrants is still 100. Eligible international students can submit immigration applications. The Immigration Bureau will complete the immigration examination and approval within a certain period of time and formulate relevant systems as soon as possible.
