Where will the planning and site selection of Lianhu Reservoir in Lishui City be?

Lishui Lianhu Reservoir Project is located in the eastern ecological development zone of Lishui. Relying on the construction standard of Oujiang National River Park, which is "national leading and international first-class", taking "tourism culture and cultural tourism" as the main line and "tourism supporting industries" as the leader, we will promote the development of sightseeing agriculture, handicrafts, service industry, real estate and other related industries, improve public service facilities, and build a sustainable "Tai Ji Chuan Yang Kang Lotus" Lianhu Reservoir with a catchment area of about 830km2 and a total storage capacity.

The flood control storage capacity is about 69 million m3. The total area of flooded land is about 5827 mu, and the affected population is 3672. The total investment of the project is about 3.8 billion yuan, including 800 million yuan for construction projects and 3 billion yuan for land acquisition and demolition. On June 7th, Ivan Lee, director of the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau, went to Liancheng and Lixin plots to investigate the progress of the preliminary work of the Lianhu Reservoir Project, accompanied by Zhang, deputy director of the Planning Department of the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau, and the relevant person in charge of the preliminary special class. During the investigation, Ivan Lee listened to the latest progress report of the project in detail, focusing on the dam site setting, resettlement plan and reservoir capacity, and made a detailed comparison and understanding of the topography along the line. He stressed that it is necessary to give full play to in-depth analysis and research on engineering benefits, highlight scientific and forward-looking aspects in scheme comparison, and keep a close eye on the time point.

After the investigation, Ivan Lee organized a project promotion meeting to listen to the 14th Five-Year Plan for Water Conservancy Development (draft for review) and the report on water conservancy investment in the whole city. Carefully sort out the key threads of water conservancy development in our city during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period. Regarding the project and benchmarking measures, he demanded that we should keep a close eye on the dynamics of superiors, follow up the pace of development, find a balance between the scientific development of project functions and the development and utilization of comprehensive effects, form a clear strategy and direction, and do a good job in planning and deploying in advance, advancing the process in parallel, and thinking diligently about breaking the rules.
