Brief introduction of Xicha town
Xicha Town is a pilot town for comprehensive reform of small towns in Gansu Province. Located in the northwest of Gaolan County, Lanzhou, at the southeast end of Qinwangchuan Basin, a famous irrigation area in China. There are three highways in Gaoying, Qin Lan and Shuiluo. The main roads pass through the territory, and the traffic extends in all directions. Xicha Village, where the town government is located, is 0/0km away from Zhongchuan Airport/KLOC-0, 70km away from Lanzhou, the provincial capital, 26km away from Gaolan County and 70km away from Baiyin, the provincial capital. It is connected with Yongdeng County and Jingtai County in the east and west. Administer 15 administrative villages, 28 natural villages, 52 villagers' groups, 9,836 households and 39,032 people (excluding immigrants), including 558 non-agricultural people and 8950 people in rural practitioners/kloc-0.
