I. Basic information

This street is the main resettlement area for immigrants from Gangwan Reservoir, a provincial key water conservancy project, with a total area of 26 square kilometers. It now administers 4 administrative villages with a total population of nearly 6,000.

In 20xx, three villages in our street carried out financial award projects, namely, the maintenance and reinforcement project of three groups of reservoirs in our village, the construction project of irrigation canals in the second and third groups of Fenghe village and the management and maintenance project of eight groups of reservoirs in Tangcun village, which directly benefited about 6,000 people.

Over the past year, through one thing and one discussion, the total investment in the construction of village-level public welfare undertakings in our street is 724,870 yuan, of which 40,500 yuan is raised by villagers, 0.3 million yuan is invested by village collectives, 330,000 yuan is from other financial funds, and 224,370 yuan is applied for financial awards.

2. The quality of project implementation is difficult to grasp, and there is no professional supervision;

3. There is an urgent need to implement projects in villages, and there are problems of competing projects between villages and natural villages;

4. Due to the large number of people going out, there is a problem that the funds for a project discussion cannot be put in place in full and on time.
