What is the age limit for studying in the United States?
On the school side:
The age limit for admission is generally only the minimum age limit, but there is no upper age limit. High school applicants must complete the nine-year compulsory education stipulated by the China government. Those who apply for a college degree or above must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
Embassy:
For visas, embassies generally respect the admission conditions of schools. However, from the perspective of examining and approving the application for studying abroad visa, the embassy will consider the applicant's application intention. If the applicant is over 35 years old, the embassy will focus on whether the applicant's age is the best age for education.
