The so-called Hakka refers to the Han nationality in the Central Plains, originally from Henan Province. Hakka ancestors moved south from the Central Plains and came to the mountainous areas where the land was too narrow and dense to supply, so they had to explore the outside world. Hakkas walk out of the mountains and go to the world. While developing and promoting the economy, they also bring the essence of local culture back to their hometown. Because of this exchange and absorption, Hakkas live in mountainous areas, but their writing style is prosperous, resulting in a unique cultural atmosphere different from other ethnic groups. Hakka residential buildings are closely connected with dragons-they not only retain the elegant form of traditional culture in the Central Plains, but also incorporate the folk custom of strict emphasis on geomantic omen, "dragon potential" and orientation in witchcraft culture, and at the same time combine the characteristics of mountainous areas, so there is a unique Hakka residential style in architecture.
