Fill in and sign the Application Form for Visiting Visa (NZIS 10 15) and the Supplementary Form for China Citizens to Visit, Study and Work in New Zealand (NZIS 1027).
A recent passport photo of the applicant.
Application fee.
Proof of funds for the expenses required by the applicant during his stay in New Zealand.
Chest radiograph and chest radiograph of entry visa or medical examination (if applicable).
No criminal proof (if applicable).

Materials to prove that you live with your New Zealand spouse and have a real and stable relationship, such as: marriage certificate, bank account jointly owned by * * * and property or * * * *, income jointly owned by * * *, all group photos, all letters and telephone bills, etc. The applicant is obliged to pay attention to the authenticity and stability of the evidence.
If you or your New Zealand spouse is unmarried, both parties must issue an unmarried certificate. If you or your New Zealand spouse are divorced, both parties must issue divorce certificates or divorce legal documents to prove that you and your spouse can legally remarry; New Zealand spouses may be required to provide a certificate of "no marriage impression/search warrant" issued by the New Zealand Ministry of the Interior.
If you have children to apply with you, your children can apply for a tourist visa or a student visa to New Zealand.
Including the notarization of the child's birth and custody in this application, and the certificate signed by the other parent agreeing to the child's application for a New Zealand visa (if applicable).
Any other materials that you think can prove that you meet the "spouse category visit visa".
Other requirements
To apply for a spouse visit visa, you must:
A. Be at least 18 years old. If the age is 16 or 17 years old, a consent form signed by both parents is required to support this application.
B. I have met your New Zealand spouse before submitting the application.
C. You and your New Zealand spouse cannot be close relatives.
Submit the completed and signed Partner Form (NZIS 1 146) supporting the application for temporary entry based on cooperation.
New Zealand spouses (New Zealand citizens or permanent residents) must be eligible for sponsorship under the spouse policy. New Zealand spouses (New Zealand citizens or permanent residents) will not be eligible for funding if they fall into any of the following circumstances:
According to the spouse policy, more than one applicant is supported or guaranteed to obtain a spouse visa as the main applicant; or
B In the five years before submitting this application, he has supported or guaranteed others to obtain a spouse visa as the main applicant under the spouse policy.
C. Being the producer of domestic violence, and as a result, the former spouse (victim) successfully obtained permanent resident status in New Zealand; or
D he has obtained a spouse visa as the principal applicant, and
I less than 5 years since the first "residence permit" was obtained according to the spouse policy; or
Two. He supports or guarantees that others will obtain spouse visas as the main applicants under the spouse policy.
Immigration New Zealand reserves the right to request supplementary materials during the visa application process, and keeps all information and materials in the file.
We will evaluate whether you are a real visitor. Once a decision is made, the applicant has no right to appeal.
After the application is completed, the notarial certificate will not be returned. (If the notarial certificate needs to be returned, a copy must be submitted at the same time as the visa application. Otherwise, the notarial certificate will not be returned. )
All Chinese materials must be translated into English.
If the applicant provides false or misleading information, his application may be rejected.
The processing time of visa application is about 30 days. If the applicant fails to provide all the required documents, the processing time will be extended. Please don't buy a plane ticket before you get a visa.
Once the visa is issued, it will not be extended. Applicants must enter the country within the validity period of the visa. Otherwise, the applicant needs to resubmit the application.
Applicants must leave New Zealand before the visa expires, otherwise they may be deported.
