Children born abroad have dual nationality. If everyone goes back to the country where they once lived, it is no problem to find a job.

However, we have serious differences on whether to "return to the sea". He wants to leave, but I want to stay, and there are good reasons.

For example, first of all, he returned to China because he had the opportunity to join the management, but after returning home, he found that he did not adapt to domestic corporate politics and was marginalized and excluded. I am older and my major is smaller. He found it difficult to find a treatment similar to that abroad at home.

As for me, I am a technician, but when I come back, I think the working environment in China is very suitable for me. Everyone is very motivated and energetic. My skills are good except English. I have more room for promotion abroad than before, but I have less money than working abroad.

For another example, his mother (his father has passed away) began to apply for reunion immigration in our country when we were still abroad (without telling me), and she got it some time ago. If we stay in China for a long time, she will lose her green card, which will also put pressure on my husband.

My parents don't like and are not used to living abroad except traveling. They live well here, and I am an only child. I feel obligated to support and accompany them.

Writing here, I suddenly realized that it is not that my husband and I hold different "reasons", but that our three views and the family environment that shaped them are different.

Regarding work, what he values is treatment; What I value is whether I can work happily. I'm not that interested in making money and getting promoted.
