What are the application conditions for investment immigration in Saint Kitts?

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

You can apply together with your spouse, unmarried children under the age of 25, parents and grandparents aged 65 or above.

Children aged 18-25 must prove that they are studying full-time and dependent on the principal applicant, have no criminal record and are in good health.

Personal application: donation of $250,000.

Or invest at least $400,000 in locally recognized projects, such as real estate.

Approval takes 3-6 months.
