When a person dies, who killed Jiaju? After being impulsive, it is understandable to scold the Japanese and reporters.

The Japanese did not kill Ka Kui. It was necessary to be on TV, but unfortunately there was an accident. What I want to ask is why Ka Kui died in Japan and not in Hong Kong. It's simple, because Ka Kui felt that there was no future in music in Hong Kong, so he moved to Japan to develop his career. Ka Kui and beyond have always insisted on creating their own music. Unfortunately, the Hong Kong music scene is a place that disrespects music! Japan is a market that respects original music very much. Within the top 100 rankings, more than 90% of the music is original. Adapting or copying songs in Japan is the most despised behavior in the music industry and society. beyond insists on originality because they know that it is not only a matter of their own style, but also a matter of dignity. Beyond will definitely not be able to survive, because making original music consumes at least half of the band's time and energy, while others only need to copy the songs and open their mouths. Under this completely unfair competition, how can Beyond survive in Hong Kong?

It’s a pity. For example, when Sam Hui (Xu Guanjie) was working, the original work was very good and there were good composers, such as Gu Jiahui, Huang Zhan, Lin Minyi, and Beyond’s Kaju. Maybe before 1997, everyone had to consider whether to immigrate. , how to communicate with the people above, I have my own busy schedule, so it is a pity, especially for Ka Kui. The most pity is that Beyond is the only band in Hong Kong that really makes original songs. A society must have some songs that express reality. Without these songs, the society would have no feeling; the music of this society is controlled by international records, and singers have no way to sing such songs. It turns into international record companies controlling Hong Kong. Voice (sound), Control (control) Hong Kong's own Voice and market, why does Beyond write its own songs, and others just copy the songs? Because it is much faster, 1 to 4, and making music is very hard; so Beyond wants to go to Japan. Development, Japan is a country that respects originality. Listening to the Japanese, they feel that Beyond has the sound of Hong Kong people’s real Chinese songs. I once wrote that I think it was the Hong Kong music scene that killed Ka Kui. If the Hong Kong music scene respects originality, Beyond will not go to Japan. If this lesson is not enough, I think it will be a dead end. We have been talking about advocating originality for a long time, but it has not been solved until 1997. It seems that original artist concerts have been done for a long time, and they have not changed. Instead, more and more songs are copied. Because the five major record companies control the market, it must be 1997, but after going to 1997, the changes must be so drastic.
