Want to hire a lawyer to handle non-profit immigration in Spain

Professional immigration lawyers can do it, but not all lawyers can. There are still many places to pay attention to.

The bill on non-profit housing projects for Spanish immigrants is based on Articles 46 and 47 of the Spanish National Gazette published on April 30th, 201/KLOC-0 (which is about the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration). Spain's non-profit residence project has a low cost, and it costs 6.5438 million euros to buy a house. It is enough to have a place to live, especially for countries that want to settle in Spain and need to go in and out of Schengen frequently. European and Shenzhen immigration experts said that this project is very suitable for those friends who don't want to spend 500,000 euros on Spanish housing immigration projects and can live in Spain for a long time. With a non-profit residence card in Spain, you can apply for permanent residence in Spain or even Spanish citizenship if you meet certain residence conditions.

Application conditions:

1./kloc-citizens of non-EU countries over 0/8 years old;

2. If you have a permanent residence (purchase or lease) in Spain, you'd better buy a property above 10w;

3. No criminal record;

4. Health examination certificate;

5. Buy Spanish medical insurance;

6. Non-wage income exceeds 40,000 euros per year;

7. Maintain the current domestic bank account balance of 8 million yuan-/kloc-0 million yuan;

8. Keep at least 50,000 euros in a Spanish bank account.

Spanish non-profit residence visa renewal process;

1.d national visa: get a visa valid for 90-365 days; ?

2. The first short-term residence card: the validity period is 1 year, and you need to live in 1 year 183 days; ?

3. Renew the short-term residence card: valid for 2 years, live for 183 days every year for 2 years, and apply for a 2-year card after 2 years;

4. Permanent residence in Spain: it is renewed every five years, and the departure time does not exceed 6 consecutive months, and the cumulative time does not exceed 10 months;

5. EU permanent residence: (1) proof of income and insurance; (2) The separation time shall not exceed 6 consecutive months; Accumulated no more than 10 month; ?

(3) During the renewal of the short-term residence card, no employment is allowed. Holding a Spanish non-profit temporary residence card does not allow applicants to work locally, while holding a Spanish investment immigrant residence card can work and do business locally.

Experts from Europe and Shenzhen will show you the relevant immigration laws. Don't believe in so-called unreliable projects. The principle is that you can't work more and live more, which means that you have enough economic ability to live in Spain. Don't drag down the Spanish economy and rob the Spanish locals of their jobs.
